ZUMBA

Zumba is a latin-inspired aerobic workout that will get your body moving. Its benefits include:

  • Improving your endurance by using high and low intensity intervals.

  • Helping improve balance, coordination, and agility.

  • Lots of fun! You’ll forget you are working out and you will see the result!

ZUMBA TONING

Zumba Toning adds the challenge of resistance by using light weights or zumba toning sticks to help you focus on specific muscle groups.

  • You get all the fun of Zumba plus the added benefit of toning your muscles.

  • No dance experience required.

  • You will need: 2 lb weights or toning sticks

  • Medium Intensity

STRENGTH & TONE

Strength & Tone is a class that is a total body workout. We will do some standing strength training and some on a yoga mat. You will use light and medium weights, resistance bands, and your body weight to strengthen and maintain muscle mass and strengthen your core. Using free weights makes your joints stronger and protects bone health.

You will need light & medium weights, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. Intensity is medium with low impact. Ideal for beginner and intermediate.

BALLET4FITNESS
BARRE

Ballet4Fitness is a low impact class that uses Ballet technique, light weights, and resistance bands to strengthen and tone. This class will improve overall strength, posture, and core. It will also increase flexibility, range of motion, and is beneficial for balance and stability.

No dance experience required. You will need a chair, light weights, and resistance bands. Suitable for beginner to advanced. Low impact.

CARDIO

Ballet4Fitness Cardio is a high energy class that can be either high or low impact. You will work on exercises that add a dance element thru ballet movement. No equipment for this class. Also no dance expertise is required. Suitable from beginner to advanced. Medium to high intensity. No Dance Experience required.

Piyo is a combination of muscle sculpting, the core firming benefits of pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. This low impact, fat burning class keeps you moving and will define you. You will need a yoga mat. Intensity is medium to high with low to high Impact.

PIYO

STRETCH & FlOW

Stretch & Flow is a 45 minute class dedicated to stretching muscles by doing

  • Doing slow dynamic stretches to start the class

  • Ending with a relaxation portion

This class will improve your flexibility and range of motion to help prevent injury. It also helps your body feel younger and will help to reduce stress. You will need: yoga mat. Low impact Intensity: Beginner to Advanced

CIRCL MOBILITY

Circl Mobility is a new program designed to unlock the body’s potential through flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises. This 30 minute class helps you restore core capabilities and renew your range of motion. You will need a yoga mat. Low Impact. Suitable for beginner to advanced.
